＜About the Flow of the “Group Photo Session”＞

●STEP[１]

Please place all belongings other than your feature phone, smartphone, or tablet (hereinafter referred to as “Photo Session Camera”) in the designated luggage area in front of the booth. Only the “Photo Session Camera” may be brought with you when proceeding to the photo session area.

●STEP[２]

Please hand your “Photo Session Camera” to the photography staff and inform them of the shutter button position.

*Please make sure your “Photo Session Camera” is ready for shooting before proceeding.

(Please make sure your device is set so that the staff can take the photo simply by pressing the shutter button.)

*Photos must be taken in portrait orientation only.

*The use of camera applications or filters is strictly prohibited.

●STEP[３]

Once you enter the photo booth, please stand in the designated position as instructed. The photo will be taken immediately.

If you have a specific pose request, please communicate it briefly to the members on the spot.

If a member or the event staff determines that the requested pose is not appropriate or difficult to perform, the member will decide on the pose for the photo instead.

*Please refrain from requesting poses that make the members uncomfortable, taking excessive time to explain your pose request, or insisting on specific poses by saying things like “other members did it.”

If such behavior is observed, you may be refused participation even if you hold a valid participation ticket.

●STEP[４]：After the photo has been taken, our staff will return your Photo session camera to you right away, as it is.

※After confirming the photo on your “Photo Session Camera,” please save it yourself.

●STEP[5]：Please do not forget to take your belongings with you.

 

＜Important Notes＞

・“Photo session” refers to taking still photos of the customer with the members using the customer’s own feature phone, smartphone, or tablet equipped with a camera function.

・During the photo session, the event staff will borrow your “Photo Session Camera” and take the photo for you.

・For this “Group Photo Session,” customers will be seated on a chair, and the members will stand behind them during the photo.

・As a general rule, retakes will not be permitted. However, a retake will be allowed only if the photo clearly contains a defect. The decision for a retake will be made solely by the event staff. (If you believe a retake is necessary, please inform the staff at the exit of the lane immediately after your photo session.)

・If the photo cannot be taken due to a malfunction, loss, insufficient storage, data-saving error, battery shortage, or any other issue with the customer’s “Photo Session Camera” on the day of the event, no replacement or reshoot will be provided for any reason. The same applies if you fail to bring your “Photo Session Camera.”

・Please be responsible for saving your photo data yourself. After the shutter button is pressed, the “Photo Session Camera” will be returned to you in that state. No retakes will be made in case of any issues or failures during the saving process.

*Due to device specifications or zoom settings, it may not be possible to capture the entire body in the photo. Thank you for your understanding.

 

The following actions are prohibited during the photo session:

*Taking photos with any device other than the “Photo Session Camera.”

*Video recording or use of burst/continuous shooting mode.

*Using auxiliary equipment or flash for photography.

*Taking photos of the members only (without the customer).

*Forcing members into unwanted poses or expressions, or taking excessive time to give pose instructions.

*Asking members to hold objects during the photo.

*Taking photos while touching the members.

*Taking photos in which your face is not clearly visible (full-face paint is not allowed).

*Taking photos while wearing costumes or headgear (you may be asked to remove hats at staff’s discretion).

*Taking photos while holding objects in your hands (if you wish to use a communication board, please inform the staff before entering the lane).

*Taking photos while wearing items larger than A4 size around your neck.

*Any actions other than photography (such as performing or touching members).

*Leaning over or through the transparent partition between the members and customers.

 

◆Additional Notes Regarding the Event

・Bag checks and body inspections using metal detectors will be conducted upon entry.

・Participating members are subject to change without prior notice. The event content may also be changed or canceled suddenly due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for the product price, and no compensation will be provided for transportation or travel expenses. Thank you for your understanding.

・The right to participate in this event is valid only for the person named and is strictly non-transferable and non-resalable. Name changes will not be accepted under any circumstances. If any such actions are discovered, your participation will be invalidated.

・The organizer, venue, and performers will not be responsible for any accidents, theft, or ticket fraud occurring inside or outside the event venue. Please take care of your valuables at all times.

・Those who arrive after the registration closing time will not be allowed to participate for any reason. Please note that delays caused by public transportation such as flights or trains will not be accommodated. Please allow sufficient time to arrive.

・Audio recording, video recording, and photography during the event are strictly prohibited (including the use of auxiliary photography equipment). Additionally, any distribution, transfer, or publication of recorded images or audio to third parties, including posting on social media, is strictly prohibited. If such actions are discovered, the data will be deleted, equipment may be confiscated, and you will be asked to leave the venue.

・Minors must obtain consent from a parent or guardian before applying or participating. By participating, it will be deemed that consent has been obtained. Those who do not have such consent will not be allowed to participate in the event.

・Please follow the instructions of the staff at the venue. Failure to do so may result in being asked to leave the premises.

・During the event, staff members may need to guide participants by lightly touching their body or belongings. Please participate only if you agree to this in advance.

・Please refrain from contacting the event venue directly with inquiries.

・Please note that photography or media coverage may take place during the event.

・The distribution, use, or carrying of any unofficial goods or flyers created by fans is strictly prohibited.

・Gifts will not be accepted at the venue, and handing them directly to the artists is strictly prohibited. Please refrain from bringing any presents. If you have a fan letter for a member, please hand it via the JKT48 Merchandise booth in the event venue.

・The following items are strictly prohibited inside the venue: knives, cutters, or any sharp objects that could cause injury (such as glass, awls, compasses, or thumbtacks), as well as spray cans, cans, bottles, and any other dangerous items.

・Bringing hazardous materials or alcoholic beverages, as well as participating in the event after drinking or under the influence of alcohol, is strictly prohibited.

・Due to limited space at the venue, please store large bags or luggage in coin lockers or similar facilities in advance. Please note that there will be no luggage storage or cloakroom available at the event venue.

・To ensure safety and prevent accidents or confusion, certain restrictions may be applied during the event. Thank you for your understanding.

・The organizer and artists will not be responsible for any trouble or accidents caused by prohibited behavior or failure to follow staff instructions.

・For the safety and smooth operation of the event, the organizer reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unsuitable for the event. Thank you for your understanding.

・Please refrain from sitting, obstructing passageways, or engaging in any other nuisance behavior inside or around the venue, including nearby areas or train stations.

・Please take care of your physical condition and avoid overexertion on the day of the event.

・If any of the following behaviors are observed during the event, your participation may be temporarily suspended or terminated. Depending on the situation, the organizer may also refuse your participation in this and future events. In such cases, no refunds or rescheduling will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.

*Actions other than normal conversation (such as excessive performances).

*Participating with your face hidden or unclear (full-face paint is not allowed).

*Inappropriate remarks or behavior toward members, including slander, questions that cannot be answered, forcing poses, or any behavior contrary to public morals.

*Any actions that appear to involve photography, video recording, or audio recording.
